Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. The Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 at the age of 16. She earned her Pro Card within a year and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend six years away from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish her college. She came back in 2015 and picked up her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests including that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show saw her finish with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016, she was winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was elated of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she being completely unprepared. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel prefers to concentrate specifically on the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
