Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights advocate, writer, model and actor. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway '72 are some of her most acclaimed films. She was drawn to becoming an artist was influenced from her childhood within a New York family of artists. Her first job was as a photo assistant. She then moved on to acting and modeling. The award she received was the Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw became an international superstar after her film Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. With just three movies MacGraw became the most popular female box-office star worldwide. Her handprints as well as her signature were inscribed at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Other credits include The Getaway Convoy Players, television miniseries The Winds of War and other. Her autobiography, published in 1991 Moving Pictures came out. MacGraw got married to three different people.
